September is Yoga Awareness Month

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to connect the mind, body, and breath. It originated as a spiritual practice in India thousands of years ago, but today many Westerners practice yoga for exercise or to reduce stress. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means "to join" or "to unite".
