Dow Jones Appoints New Tech Leads, Welcomes Tom Gebauer and Lisa Kamm

As we continue to evolve the Technology organization, we're committed to creating a structure that supports our Business Goals and growth in product innovation, design, data and technology, as well as operational excellence. Building a unified organization begins with our leadership team. With this in mind, I'm pleased to announce the following leadership changes and new additions.

Tom Gebauerjoins us as SVP of Design on November 11th and will be based in New York. Tom is returning to Dow Jones after many years at Yahoo and Google, where he led key design initiatives on Yahoo Finance and Google's Search and Ads platforms. His extensive expertise in UI/UX, native mobile design, and large-scale system design will be an asset to our team in improving our products.

Additionally, I am excited to announce that Lisa Kammwill join us on December 2nd in a newly created role of Head of Product and Design. Also New York based, Lisa will report directly to me. Lisa brings extensive skill and leadership from her roles at Google and The New York Times, where she led large-scale tech solutions and user experience initiatives. I'm confident that her leadership will be pivotal as we drive our product strategy forward.
