BOC AVIATION SIGNS PURCHASE-AND-LEASEBACK AGREEMENTS WITH FRONTIER AIRLINES FOR 15 NEW AIRBUS A320NEO AIRCRAFT

BOC Aviation Limited ("BOC Aviation" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed purchase-and-leaseback agreements with existing customer Frontier Airlines, Inc. ("Frontier") for 15 new Airbus A320NEO aircraft. The aircraft are scheduled to be delivered in 2025 and 2026.

"These 15 new A320NEOs will further support the continued growth of our company."
