On September 17, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Neil Condon, age 28, last known address of 66 Candace Street, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Condon was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On September 17, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Sharinarae Dwyer, age 31, last known address of 1588 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive From Justice from the State of Georgia (Kidnapping). Ms. Dwyer was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On September 17, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Alex Rodriguez, age 28, of 91 Hartford Avenue Apt. 313, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Breaking and Entering, Domestic Vandalism, Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct out of the Central Falls Police Department; 2) Two (2) Superior Court Bench Warrants for First-Degree Robbery out of the Providence Police Department - Hold Without Bail; and 3) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Domestic Violence - Simple Assault out of the Central Falls Police Department. Mr. Rodriguez was turned directly over to the uniform bureau of the Providence Police Department, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Central Falls Police Department for his arraignment.

On September 17, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Giovanni Simmons, age 30, 29 Barton Street Apt.1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) License of Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol; 2) Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person; and 3) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited. Mr. Simmons was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions pending an arraignment in Sixth District Court.

On September 17, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Larry Albino, age 51, of 86 Waterman Avenue Apt. 18, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Child Molestation - 2nd Degree; 2) Possession of Child Pornography; 3) Transfer of Child Pornography; 4) Production of Child Pornography; and 5) Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mr. Albino was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, where bail was set at $75,000 w/surety, and transported to the Men's ACI Intake Center.
