Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Vreeland Final Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a standard subdivision plan with 2 lots, the existing parcel was previously known as Lot 2, on the Subdivision Map of The Estates of Charles Vanderveer, Jr. West Parcel, filed with the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 16, 1987, as Map No.8348. Proposed Lot 1 will contain 130,935 square foot, inclusive of flag pole, and proposed Lot 2 will contain 117,048 square foot. The project is located at 85 Day Lily Lane in Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton, New York.
