In connection with Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc.'s (the "Company") anticipated conversations with its lenders, the Company is providing the following updated estimated financial information for the full year ended December 31, 2024.
Net sales is expected to be between $5.4 billion and $5.8 billion, while pro forma net sales is expected to be between $5.6 billion and $6.1 billion.
Operating income is expected to be between $378 million and $406 million. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization ("EBITDA") is expected to be between $750 million and $810 million, while pro forma adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $790 million and $860 million.
Segment margin is expected to be approximately 16.2% on both an adjusted EBITDA and pro forma adjusted EBITDA basis. Segment margin excludes corporate and other costs.
The pro forma net sales and pro forma adjusted EBITDA give effect to the acquisitions of Harvey Building Products Corp. (April 2024) and Mueller Supply Company (July 2024) as if the transactions occurred on January 1, 2024. Pro forma adjusted EBITDA excludes the impact of unrealized cost savings and acquisition synergies.
