City of Killeen offices closed July 4

KILLEEN, Texas (June 28, 2024) - City of Killeen offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday.

Trash routes that are collected Thursday will run one day early, on Wednesday. All other collection days will remain normal.

All solid waste facilities, including the Recycling Center, will be closed Thursday.

The Family Recreation Center and the Lions Club Senior Center will be closed. The Family Aquatic Center and Long Branch Pool will be open from 11a.m. to 5p.m.

Emergency services will run unaltered.

All city offices will reopen Friday, July 5 for normal business hours.
