AAFA Opposes Prop 65 Warning Label Proposal

AAFA submitted comments strongly opposing OEHHA's modified proposal to eviscerate the ability for industry to use the current California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) short form warning label as a safe harbor under Prop 65 as the proposed changes would not benefit either consumers or businesses.
