NOPD Seeking Person of Interest in Shooting Investigation

The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a person of interest in the ongoing investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting that occurred on October 19, 2024 near the intersection of Lasalle Street and Louisiana Avenue.

Through investigation, NOPD Sixth District detectives have developed and identified Bryan Cannon (picture, DOB: 04/07/1978) as persons of interest in this case. This subject is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
