OME Case #2024-02836

On July 22, 2024, at 10:22 a.m., the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death at Denver Health Medical Center. Stephen Clark, DOB 04/03/1981, was transported by ambulance from the area of 6th Avenue and Federal Boulevard following a single-vehicle crash. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from multiple blunt force injuries.

OME Case #2024-02826

On July 21, 2024, at 7:45 a.m., the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death in the 2300 block of E. Evans Avenue. Nelson Kimathi, DOB 06/05/1997, was pronounced deceased on scene. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from multiple gunshot wounds. The manner of death is homicide.

On May 8, 2024, at 10:46pm, the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner was notified of a death at Denver Health Medical Center. Gary Harmon, DOB 09/30/1961, was transported by ambulance from the area of Colfax Avenue and Colorado Boulevard following an auto-pedestrian crash. An autopsy was completed. The cause of death is from multiple blunt force injuries.
