Tallink Grupp's vessel Victoria I, which operates on the company's Tallinn-Stockholm route, in tandem with company's vessel Baltic Queen since June this year, will return to its previous Tallinn-Helsinki route at the end of this month, from Saturday, 31 August 2024, to continue offering the ever-popular overnight cruise service from Helsinki to Tallinn. From September, during the autumn-winter season, the company will operate its Tallinn-Stockholm route with the vessel Baltic Queen according to the regular schedule.

Victoria I will resume operating and returns to its regular schedule on the company's Tallinn-Helsinki route from Saturday, August 31, departing from Tallinn to Helsinki at 12:30 local time.

The daily departures between the two capitals onboard Victoria I on the Tallinn-Helsinki route will take place according to the following schedule (all times according to local time):

  • At 12:30 - Departure from Tallinn to Helsinki from Port of Tallinn, Old City Harbour, Terminal D, arriving at 16:00 in T2 Terminal of Port of Helsinki's West Harbour
  • 18:35 - Departure from Helsinki to Tallinn from Helsinki's West Harbour T2 Terminal, arriving at 22:00 to Tallinn Old City Harbour, Terminal D (with overnight stay in Tallinn).

Commenting on the return of vessel Victoria I to the Tallinn-Helsinki route, Marina Jõgi, Head of Group Products and Sales, Tallink Grupp, said:

"Victoria I and her team have had a busy and exciting summer sailing on the beautiful Baltic Sea, offering additional departures and extra capacity on the Tallinn-Stockholm route during the peak summer travel season. In addition to offering popular cruise service between Tallinn and Stockholm, as part of special summer cruises, she has also taken holidaymakers to Visby, Gotland, altogether eight times. This summer, we organised more Visby cruises than ever before, and I am pleased to say that they were well received by our passengers.

"From September, we are once again, looking forward to welcoming all our good customers to spend a mini-holiday on board Victoria I, cruising between Tallinn and Helsinki, while enjoying a diverse entertainment programme, delicious meals in the ship's restaurants, discovering great onboard offers, and exploring the sights in the destination - to experience the most enjoyable sea voyage and spend special moments with their loved ones. Over the fall-winter season, there are nine special cruises planned from Helsinki to Tallinn, featuring popular artists. For example, the first special cruise features Käärija from Finland, and is already completely sold out. Welcome aboard Victoria I!"

From September, departures between Stockholm and Tallinn will be operated according to normal schedule with the company's vessel Baltic Queen with departures from each capital every other day. Daily departures to Stockholm and Tallinn can be booked also via Helsinki, where the company's regular Helsinki-Stockholm route is operated by the company's vessels Silja Symphony and Silja Serenade.
