RA NA President’s statement on nomination of candidates for vacant seat of judge of Court of Cassation

In accordance with Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council nominated the candidacies of Hovhannes Avagyan, Nelly Baghdasaryan and Hayk Grigoryan for the vacant seat of judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
