The Executive Committee has ultimate oversight responsibility for the business operations of the Chamber and is responsible for approving the strategic objectives of the Chamber, all major policy decisions with respect to the Chamber's position on matters of interest to the business community, overseeing the management of Chamber operating and permanent funds, and consideration of all formal affiliations, alliances and mergers.
