Part of Lincoln to be closed for 3 weeks as part of rehabilitation project

Starting today, Lincoln Avenue is closed from Tarrow Street to Avenue B for about three weeks as lateral water lines are installed as part of the roadway's rehabilitation. Detours will be in place.
