Now Available – Substantial Amendment to Fiscal Year 2021 2022 Annual Action Plan (HOME ARP)

The Community Development Commission recently held a public hearing regarding the following funding source: HOME - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP). The Community Development Committee and Cities and Towns Advisory Committee jointly decided to award HOME-ARP funds to Spectrum Affordable Housing Corporation for a housing project in Windsor, which will provide 43 units of affordable housing that will be reserved for low-income tenants.
