The registrant has experienced a delay in preparing the Form 10-Q and the unaudited financial statements required to be included in the Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024, and needs additional time to complete the Form 10-Q and the unaudited financial statements for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024.

The registrant expects an unaudited net loss of approximately $403,889 and an unaudited comprehensive loss of approximately $371,509 for the three months ended June 30, 2024, as compared to an unaudited net loss of $3,295,384 and an unaudited comprehensive loss of approximately $3,060,692 for the three months ended June 30, 2023. The decreased losses are primarily due to an approximately $2,905,202 (79%) decrease in operating expenses and an approximately $8,579 (89%) decrease in other expenses.
