Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 12:00 PM Troopers arrested Fletcher Yukeny, age 34, of 130 Canal Street, Apartment #1103, Fall River, Massachusetts, as a Fugitive From Justice originating out of the Fall River Massachusetts Police Department on the original charges of 1) Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, 2) Assault on a Police Officer, 3) Threats to Commit a Crime, and 4) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Rhode Island Hospital to take custody of Yukeny. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, admitted to RI Hospital for injuries, and placed into the custody of the Rhode Island Sherriff's.

At 7:40 PM Troopers arrested Jeffrey Diehl, age 56, of 15 Locust Glen Court, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault, 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct, 3.) Domestic Vandalism, and 4.) Failure to relinquish a telephone. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Balley's Twin River Casino in the Town of Lincoln for a domestic disturbance. Diehl was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and issued a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.

At 1:09AM Troopers arrested Jose Mercedes, age 24, of 83 Lancashire Street Apt. #E6, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. Mercedes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
