Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Town of Middletown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Abundant Solar NY-0 State Hwy 28 installation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Proposed 5MW ground-mounted Community Solar installation, fixed panel arrays to be installed over an approximately 16 acre portion of the 44.5 acre parcel. The project is located at NYS Hwy 28, Tax Map 285.-2-34.2 in the Town of Middletown, Delaware County, New York.
