Roads in PennDOT's Northwest Region Closed Due to Storm

​The following state roads in PennDOT's northwest region are closed to through traffic due to downed trees and utility lines from heavy rains.

Route 19 and Valley Road (Route 3022) in Mercer County are reopened following removal of trees in the roadways. The remainder of the roadways are expected to reopen as clean-up efforts continue as weather permits

Crawford County

  • Route 285 - Closed from Peterson Road to Church Street in Fairfield Township due to a slide.

Mercer County

  • Route 62 - Closed from Route 965 to Fox Mine Road in Jackson Township.
  • Route 158 - Closed from Auction Road in Wilmington Township to Route 318 in Mercer Borough.
  • Route 258 - Closed from Hope Mill Road to Diamond Street in Mercer Borough.
  • Home Street (Route 2013) - Closed from Route 58 to Route 19 in Mercer Borough.
  • Bestwick Road (Route 3026) - Closed from Route 318 to Stone Base Road in East Lackawannock Township.

Venango County

  • Oleopolis Road (Route 1005) - Closed from Route 227 to McFate Road in Cornplanter Township.
  • Kennerdell Road (Route 3008) - Closed from Old Lisbon Road to Pine Hill Road (Route 3005) in Clinton Township.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
