The INARNG is accepting applications for the following vacancy:

Unit and UIC: 53rd CST / W7MBAA
Location: Indianapolis/46222
MOS: 74D
Preferred Qualities / Qualifications (if applicable): MUST be able to attain "R" identifier and 74D MOS within one year of assignment.
Special Considerations (if applicable): Must live within 1 hour from Kessler Armory/Must be able to be reached by phone 24/7/Must be able to pass an OSHA Physical.

Who may apply:
AGR on-Board only
Any AGR E7/E8 on the current INARNG State First Sergeant Best Qualified (BQ) list.
Any previous AGR First Sergeant currently serving in the INARNG.
Any current AGR First Sergeant serving in the INARNG.

Position Requirements:
If E7, must hold or be eligible to be awarded specified MOS. *Promotion cannot take place until MOS qualified and either temporary promotion counseling completed or graduated from MLC.
If E8, must hold or be eligible to be awarded specified MOS within 12 months of assignment. Current E8s can be lateraled to the rank of 1SG without MOS qualification but may be expected to complete required schooling.
