On September 27, 2024 the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Forty-Ninth Year (FY2023) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program will be submitted to the U.S, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Copies of the report are available for public view and comment online at https://ecode360.com/ER3969/document/753086564.pdf or at the Department of Economic and Community Development, 626 State Street, Room 404, Erie, PA 16501 from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Citizen comments are to be submitted in writing to [email protected] by September 26, 2024. All comments will be forwarded to HUD.
