President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will hold negotiations with the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Germany in each country. This was announced by the Head of State during communication with media representatives in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

"Within 24 hours, I will start negotiations with key partners on whom the military component of our strengthening depends," the Head of State said.

According to the President, he will hold talks with each of the four leaders and then, as planned, will present the Victory Plan to all partners during the Ramstein meeting.

The 25th Ramstein Meeting was scheduled for October 12, but it had to be postponed due to the hurricane in the United States. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the natural disaster requires the maximum attention of the U.S. President Joseph Biden to the internal situation.

"Any leader in similar circumstances would have stayed in their country. But it is the leader's format of Ramstein that is particularly important, so we understand that a new schedule may be prepared in the near future," the Head of State added.

He expressed confidence that the Ramstein format is the best way to coordinate with all partners the implementation of the concrete content of the Victory Plan, first of all, the military points that strengthen Ukraine on the battlefield.
