4.Reason for the change:
The cash dividend was originally scheduled to be delivered on 2024/07/26.
If the remittance transfer schedule of Taiwan Clearing House was postponed
due to the suspension of work in Taipei on 07/25 caused by the impact of
Typhoon Gaemi, the cash dividend distribution date of the Company will
be postponed to the next business day (2024/07/29).
If work was not suspended due to the typhoon, cash dividend
will be distributed on the scheduled date(2024/07/26).
