Negative Declaration

Columbia County - The City of Hudson Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mill Street Lofts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Kearney Realty & Development Group to construct two four-story multifamily housing developments totaling 70 units. The project includes construction of two (2) new four-story buildings on the existing 3.31 acre lot and new parking, utilities, and amenities to serve the future tenants. The site is located within the Multiple Dwellings (R-4) zoning district. The project is located on Mill Street in the City of Hudson, New York.
