Whitehorse RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Noel Crotty-Upshall who was reported missing on September 11, 2024. Mr. Crotty-Upshall was last seen on September 7, 2024 in Whitehorse.

Description of Noel Crotty-Upshall:

• Caucasian male
• age 24 years
• short blond hair
• blue eyes
• approximately 5 foot 11
• 150 lbs
• Slim build, hunches shoulders
• Possibly wearing baggy gym pants and dark hoody
