Northwest Sponsor Finance provided financing to support Branford Castle Partners

Northwest Sponsor Finance ("NSF"), a division of Northwest Bank, announced that it has provided financing to recapitalize and support the growth of Branford Castle Partners' existing portfolio company, ABC Industries.

ABC Industries is a manufacturer of technical fabrics and fabric-based products used within the airline, mining, military, and industrial markets. The Company offers portable flexible and wire-reinforced ventilation ducting products & systems, filament-wound fiberglass ducting, and heating and cooling ventilation products, with facilities in Winona Lake, IN and Grand Junction, CO.
