Credit Risk Retention

On the Closing Date, the Master Trust Transferor Interest was $7,196,771,291, representing approximately 42.70% of the aggregate adjusted outstanding investor ABS interests as of the Closing Date, measured in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. risk retention rules.
