Board of Directors to Meet July 30

WHITE PLAINS-The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees and the Canal Corporation Board of Directors will hold a meeting at NYPA's White Plains administrative office building, located at 123 Main Street, in the 16^th floor boardroom on Tuesday, July 30, at 8:30 a.m.

Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting.

The meeting can be viewed by visiting the Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov and selecting "View" within the "Meetings and Webcasts: Watch Live" box near the center of the page. A YouTube channel will be launched for live viewing.

Materials subject to board discussion and vote shall be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at www.nypa.gov.
