Pitt Arrival 2024 in photos

Pitt Arrival is here, that wonderful time of year when Panthers pilgrimage back to campus.

The University's on-campus residence halls and apartment-style options house more than 8,000 students, so hundreds of student volunteers were on-site to ensure the transition to campus was seamless for first-time and returning students.

Check out events and activations throughout Welcome Week, including a Pitt tent with LED games and activities, tabling by local organizations like Visit Pittsburgh and Heinz History Center, a night at the Carnegie Museums, a wellness panel featuring Pitt families and more. Find the full schedule.

The week's festivities will conclude on Sunday, Aug. 25, with the Involvement Fair and Lantern Night.
