Negative Declaration

Albany County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SUNY Albany Rehabilitate Physical Education Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation of the Physical Education Building will include renovations to both the interior and exterior of the building to accommodate ADA/ANSI standards and comply with Directive 1B-2. The project is located at the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany campus in the City of Albany, New York.
