Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Village of Sag Harbor Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Page Main LLC, Page Restaurant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed site plan renovation of the existing second floor to allow for the change from one permitted use to another, apartment to the expansion of Page Restaurant. Applicant is proposing a walk-in refrigeration unit and hydroponic garden on the second floor and the addition of 39 restaurant seats. The project is located at 63 Main Street, in the Village of Sag Harbor, New York.
