Notice of Public Hearing Berry Lake Community District

PUBLIC NOTICEis hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024at 9:00 a.m. at the Underhill Town Hall 5597 Cardinal Road, Gillett, WI 54124 by the Land & Water Resource Committee in accordance with Chapter 33.26 of the Wisconsin Statutes on the proposed formation of an Inland Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District for Berry Lake in the Town of Underhill, Oconto County, WI and 2 parcels in Menominee County, WI. A summary and report of this hearing will be submitted to the Oconto County Board of Supervisors for its consideration in voting on the formation of this proposed lake management district to be known as the Berry Lake Community District.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Supporting materials are available for public review in the Oconto County Clerk's Office, Oconto County Courthouse 301 Washington Street, Oconto, WI, during regular business hours or contact 920-834-6800.
