2024 Vehicle Towing & Storage Services
NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed bids will be received for furnishing the City of Fort Madison with the following service: Vehicle Towing and Storage Services.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR VEHICLE TOWING SERVICE CONTRACT
CONTRACTOR INFORMATION AND RATE SHEETS
INSTRUCTIONS: This packet consists of three (3) sections as outlined below. You must have the ability to comply with all specifications outlined to submit a bid.
- Section I:General Specifications - Read and retain for future reference.
- Section Il: Information and Rate Sheets - Complete and submit along with A copy of your Motor Carrier Permit.
- Section Ill: Contract Agreement - This will be completed and endorsed upon acceptance of bid. Proof of Insurance must follow within 10 days.
RETURN PROPOSALS TO: City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa 52627, on or before local time October 1st, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the front with reference to the Towing and Storage Contract.
