The amount reported in Table I, Section 4 represents 266,595 restricted Common Shares previously granted to Reporting Person by the Issuer in partial consideration for Issuer's acquisition of RadTran, LLC on 08/16/2024, and 6,811 unvested restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to Reporting Person by the Issuer, effective as of August 19, 2024 and vesting as follows: 50% on 01/27/2025; 25% on 01/27/2026; and 25% on 01/27/2027.
