The Loan transferred into special servicing on 1/8/24 due to Maturity Default as the Borrower was unable to pay off the loan at maturity (1/7/2024). The Loan previously transferred to the Special Servicer as NT on 3/22/23 due to Borrower's

request to extend the January 2024 maturity date. The collateral is a nine-story retail and office building containing 249K SF of NRA (82K SF retail, 165K office), completed in 1902 and renovated in 2015 ("Property"). The Property is currently

30% occupied with H&M (25% of NRA, 1/1/2035 LXP) as its largest tenant. The Borrower and Lender have entered into a Forbearance Agreement, the maturity date was extended to 1/7/25. The Special Servicer will continue to monitor the
