Modern Woodmen of America, Rock Island, Illinois, made the list of The World's Best Life Insurance Companies 2024 according to Forbes.

The list was compiled by Forbes with the help of market research firm Statista. More than 45,000 people in 15 different countries were surveyed about their current insurance company. The survey assessed customers' overall recommendations, general satisfaction and loyalty. Companies were also scored based on their advice, customer service, price-performance, transparency and damage/benefit service. The highest-scoring insurance companies in each category were awarded.

To qualify as one of the World's Best Insurance Companies, an insurance provider had to achieve a minimum score of 70/100, receive a designated number of evaluations, and rank among the top performers in its respective country.

A total of 145 companies in the world qualified. Of the more than 700 U.S. life insurers, only 40 made the Forbes list, and Modern Woodmen ranked No. 23. This achievement would not have been possible without Modern Woodmen's financial representatives and the members and communities they serve across the nation.
