With summer demand keeping owners busy, we understand if you haven't been able to keep up with the exciting updates and new features we've rolled out of the last few weeks. Some of the changes we've made are in direct response to owner feedback. And all are designed to help you better run your business.

See Connect info on car web pages

Check the real-time status of your car's battery, ignition, and immobilizer right from your owner dashboard on the web. Electric vehicle owners will also be able to see the principal battery level and charging status from this page.

We're in the process of making this information available in the app later this year!

Set a custom delivery zone around your main address

For owners willing to boost their earnings by offering car delivery to drivers, the process has never been easier.

Creating a delivery zone radius around your main address will allow your cars to be instantly booked by drivers anywhere in that area. For each delivery zone, you' set the price for pickup and return services!

Know what you need to upload with improved status visibility

The newly created "Restricted" car status is more than just a visually pleasing update for fleet owners, it also comes with detailed info about what documents need to be uploaded in order for your car to return to Active status.

Capture car inspections directly in the app

In an effort to more effectively track the causes of damage and cleanliness issues, we've updated the app to allow owners to capture their own car inspections.

Once every 6 rentals, owners (or their fleet checkers) will be asked to submit an inspection for their vehicle. In the long run, this change should help save your time and ours by reducing the number of incorrect claims declarations.

Manage tolls more efficiently with Flex Tolls

To give owners greater flexibility with how they manage tolls, we've replaced Getaround AutoToll™ with our new Flex Tolls system. With Flex Tolls, you'll have more control over how you pay for tolls, and you'll be able to get a better rate for tolls you incur personally.
