Sergio Alvarez has been a dedicated resource in the real estate industry, supporting Fathom agents since 2018 and bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. His career in real estate began in 2014 and has encompassed roles such as Broker Associate, Team Leader, Mentor, District Director, and Loan Originator.

Before entering real estate, Sergio worked as a support engineer in the tech industry, which equipped him with a unique skill set that blends technical expertise with real estate acumen. Tech-savvy and innovative, Sergio is committed to leveraging cutting-edge solutions to support Fathom agents and enhance client experiences.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Sergio has a talent for connecting with diverse clients and colleagues. Having lived across Central Florida, the US, Latin America, and Asia, Sergio brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of local markets to his role.

Sergio's focus at Fathom includes collaborating with developers, builders, and new construction projects while ensuring each agent's individual success. Sergio is dedicated to being a versatile and indispensable member of the Fathom team, prepared to address any challenge and resolve any inquiry. Joseph Bradley

Joseph Bradley is a distinguished broker, mentor, educator, life coach, and team leader. Known for his integrity and exceptional service, Joseph consistently exceeds client expectations. His expertise and proactive approach have earned him a reputation for honesty and professionalism.

As District Director at Fathom Realty, Joseph helps agents retain more earnings while delivering outstanding client service. Based in Silicon Valley, he embraces new ideas and industry trends to stay ahead.

Beyond his professional role, Joseph is a dedicated community volunteer. He frequently donates platelets and teaches first aid and CPR. A devoted husband and father, he understands the importance of finding the perfect home for every family.

Patrease Leonard
District: Central New Jersey

Patrease Leonard is excited to step into the Central Jersey District Director role. She is a full-time real estate professional eager to grow within Fathom's family and culture. Patrease began more than 11 years ago, helping families find a perfect home within an apartment community. It has also managed residential property management communities.

While practicing real estate, Patrease earned her Broker's License in 2021 which helped her gain a deep respect for the real estate professionals' duty to the public and each other. She is a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), a Certified Hometown Heroes Real Estate Agent, and an F.A.S.T Mentor with Fathom. She is working towards obtaining a designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a broker's license in PA. Patrease has served on NAR's Young Professional Network Committee and CORE's (now MJAR) Grievance and Diversity & Inclusion committees between 2020 and 2022.

In a perfect world, Patrease would spend half the year exploring and traveling. Her favorite pastime is looking for and taking cruises. She also enjoys learning a new recipe, cooking on the grill, and swapping stories with her life and real estate partner. Patrease aspires to encourage, inform, and be a resource to her agent in a very positive and educated environment.
