Seton Hall Esports Announces Fall 2024 Season Schedule

Seton Hall Esports has released its official schedule for Rocket League, Super Smash Brothers Ultimate (SSBU), League of Legends, and Overwatch 2 varsity teams. This season marks an exciting new chapter with the Pirates' transition to Playfly College Esports, the premier collegiate esports league that builds upon the legacy of the Collegiate Starleague. With weekly broadcasts, over $150,000 in scholarships, and an annual LAN event, this season promises top-tier competition and national exposure for Seton Hall's esports athletes.

In addition to competing in Playfly College Esports, Seton Hall is proud to join the Garden State Esports Collegiate Circuit (GSECC), further integrating into New Jersey's esports community and strengthening local ties. Fans can cheer on the Pirates throughout the season and expect to see standout performances as the teams compete at the highest level.

Rocket League

Coached by Antonio "Tone" Riozzi, the four-time BIG EAST champion Rocket League team will be testing their mettle as they enter Playfly College Esports. With nine matches on the calendar, fans can catch the team in action every Monday at 7 p.m. September matches include:

This fall season will not feature BIG EAST competitions, as those are reserved for the Spring 2025 season. However, fans can still cheer on the Pirates as they compete in the Playfly College Esports league, where the competition will be just as fierce.
