Allianz Life Named to the Seramount 2024 Inclusion Index

MINNEAPOLIS - Aug. 20, 2024 - In recognition of its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)initiatives, Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) has been included in the Seramount 2024 Inclusion Index. This is the third year in a row the company has been named to the list. This year, 38 organizations are included on the index.

The Seramount Inclusion Index recognizes companies' efforts and commitment to three focus areas: best practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of people from underrepresented groups-women, racial/ethnic groups, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ people; inclusive company culture; and demographic diversity. The Inclusion Index provides organizations the metrics needed to understand trends and opportunities in demographic representation, creates a road map to drive internal change, and identifies diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions to close any gaps.

Allianz Life offers nine different employee resource and inclusion groups to help build company culture, help develop future leaders and increase employee engagement. At Allianz Life, 37% of employees are members of at least one employee resource or inclusion group.
