14 attorneys suspended due to delinquent 2024 CLE report filing

On Sept. 12, the Iowa Judicial Branch administratively suspended 14 attorneys in an administrative order due to delinquent filing of 2024 CLE reports. The report of the Commission on Continuing Legal Education identified attorneys licensed to practice in Iowa who have failed to comply with Iowa Court Rule 41.4. The court found that the commission worked diligently to locate and communicate with all attorneys listed in the order.
