Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Town of Beekmantown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ground Water Source of Supply, Transmission and Distribution Piping will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of new water sources (ground wells), distribution mains, transmission mains, a well control building and lateral connections to the district users. The overall need for the project is due to road salt contamination of the ground water near each of the users. The project is located at various locations in the Town of Beekmantown , New York.
