Nebraska Democratic Party Announces Keynote Speakers and Emcee for the 2024 Ben Nelson Gala

LINCOLN, NE - The Nebraska Democratic Party announces that First Lady of Minnesota, Gwen Walz, will join Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison as a keynote speaker during the 2024 Ben Nelson Gala on Saturday, October 5th. Also being announced, State Senator Tony Vargas will emcee the fundraiser. Chair Jane Kleeb issues the following statement:

"Every year for the Ben Nelson Gala, we set the bar high with guest speakers. This election year is no different. We are thrilled to welcome the First Lady of Minnesota and our dynamic Democratic Party Chair Chair Harrison to our celebration of local volunteers. First Lady Walz and DNC Chair Harrison are an excellent combination of inspiration and call to action. With Tony Vargas added as the emcee to the night's activities, Democrats across Nebraska will get an excellent dose of energy as we prepare for the home stretch to the General Election."
