Digital twins is more than a buzz term. In fact, we're dedicating the inaugural event of the new Building Innovation: Emerging Technologies Series to digital twins.

Digital Twins 2024 takes place December 9-11, 2024, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center at National Harbor, MD.

A call for speaker abstracts is underway; the deadline to submit your abstract is this Friday, September 20.

We seek abstracts to cover the following:

  • Establishing digital twin definitions, use cases, and maturity models
  • Helping asset owners align digital twin value drives specific to their needs
  • Integration of digital twins and building information modeling (BIM)
  • Design and planning
  • Simulation and analysis
  • Software and other technology tools
  • Real-time construction and operations monitoring
  • Data management to support digital twins
  • Building operations and performance
  • Asset lifecycle
  • IoT and sensor integration
  • Records and as-built document management/tracking
  • Hazard mitigation, emergency management, and post-hazard analysis
  • Emerging and future trends

Digital Twins 2024 early bird registration is now open through Halloween. Save up to $100 on registration for the conference.

Grad Students: Highlight Your Work with Digital Twins

Graduate students from higher education institutions are invited to submit abstracts to highlight their research on digital twins in the built environment.

Posters will be displayed in the expo hall for attendees and sponsors to view throughout the conference. A single intermission will be designated as a Poster Session, where attendees and sponsors are encouraged to review the content, engage with the students, and cast their votes.

The deadline to submit a poster session abstract is October 18, 2024. Winners will be announced during the closing general session on December 11, 2024.
