Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts “Healthy Eating on a Budget” Event for Moms in Dallas

DALLAS, September 26, 2024 -Molina Healthcare of Texas, together with Catholic Charities of Dallas, recently hosted an educational event for local moms, providing information and tips on how to eat healthy on a budget.

Participants learned how to access more fruits and vegetables year-round by buying frozen or canned items. Other tips that were shared included turning leftovers into new meals, buying what's on sale at the grocery store, and making smarter choices when eating out. Recommended serving size examples were also available for families to view.
