Grand opening of Te Puawānanga Science and Technology Centre

Join MOTAT on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May as they celebrate the opening of Te Puawānanga, their new science and technology centre.

Te Puawānanga is all about interaction and discovery for all ages, from the towering Tāne Mahuta in Te Tumu - the under 5s play space, to Beats in Time in Te Waha - the Innovation space.

The opening weekend will be action-packed with demonstrations from the Science Alive Te Manawa Magic Box, all the interactivity of Te Puku Science space, along with other fun activities and entertainment.

Come and explore science and tech in a whole new way with interactive exhibitions, audio-visual experiences and lots of opportunities to play.
