BSF Achieves Mansfield Certification for 2023-2024

BSF has achieved Mansfield Certification for 2023-2024 in recognition of its dedication to promoting an inclusive and equitable workplace.

BSF has participated in the program since 2019, earning the designation of "Early Adopter."

Mansfield aims to increase and sustain diversity in leadership roles within law firms by broadening the pool of talent, including historically underrepresented groups such as women lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, lawyers with disabilities, and underrepresented racial and/or ethnic lawyers. In addition, legal departments are asked to consider a broad pool of talent for outside counsel roles.
