EXPLANATORY NOTE
Designation of New Effective Date for Previously Filed Amendment
Post-Effective Amendment No. 75 (the "Amendment") relating to the FCF US Small Cap ETF was filed pursuant to Rule 485(a)(2) under the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act") on April 19, 2024, and pursuant to Rule 485(a)(2) would have become effective on July 3, 2024.
This Post-Effective Amendment No. 76 ("PEA 76") is being filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) under the Securities Act for the sole purpose of designating August 2, 2024, as the new date upon which the Amendment shall become effective.
