TRAFFIC ALERT Kent County Start of Construction for East Camden Bypass Project
Start of Construction for East Camden Bypass Project
Camden - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces construction will start for the East Camden Bypass Project on Monday, July 8th. The project will consist of a new alignment with SR 10 and US 13. The project will also provide connections to the local roadway network within the project limits and will provide multi-modal accommodations including Shared Use Paths and Sidewalks. This project will consist of three phases, with phase one consisting of clearing and utility relocation.
Lane Closures will be in place in the following locations:
US 13 from Willow Grove Road to Old North Road.
SR 10 from US 13 to Royal Grant Way.
Rising Sun Road from SR 10 to Sandy Hill Trail.

Motorist are reminded to slow down in work zones and to expect minor delays while traveling in the area.
