First Amendment to Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement

On June 20, 2024, OHA Senior Private Lending Fund (U) LLC (the "Company") executed that certain first amendment (the "Amendment") to the Company's Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement to extend the Company's offering period, during which the Company may solicit subscriptions for additional capital commitments, through July 5, 2024.
